Position Summary: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the company's payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with all regulations. This role involves reviewing payroll records, processing payments, handling payroll-related compliance issues, and generating reports. Review time sheets, work charts, wage computations, and other payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Process multi-state weekly payroll, including check printing, reconciliation, and distribution. Generate and issue employee paychecks, statements of earnings, and deductions. Handle employment verifications, garnishments, IRS levies, and other payroll-related compliance matters. Process paperwork for new employees and enter relevant information into the payroll system. Prepare and distribute weekly labor reports and other requested reports. Manage payroll tax deposits and reconciliations. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, ensuring all records are accurately maintained. Calculate wages and deductions, entering data into financial reporting software. Maintain and update payroll records, including exemptions, transfers, and resignations. Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, administrative support, or a related office environment. Experience with Viewpoint software and knowledge of the construction industry, including prevailing wage reporting, is a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience in pivot tables, queries, and V-lookups. Conversational Spanish skills are a plus. Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary: The Assistant Project Manager shall oversee the total construction effort to ensure projects are safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Required to sign off on the budget prior to the start of construction. Responsible for all aspects of cost management for the project. Submit a quarterly cost revision with an explanation of any cost variance. Submit change order logs to the regional office monthly. Coordinate and direct all project activities with the Project Superintendent/General Superintendent to ensure that all milestones are met and job continuity is maintained. Conduct weekly meetings. Prepare and review periodic estimates with the owner's representative/Resident Engineer and submit an approved original estimate or pencil sheet copy to the regional office with the appropriate subcontractor quantity split. Attend final punch list inspection and/or closeout meeting and complete final documents. Maintain contact with the project Owner and Architect/Engineer to obtain reduction of retainage and final payment and close out jobsite office. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering major or construction related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field. Experienced in budget management, schedule, quality control, and knowledge of all phases of construction. OSHA 10 Certified. Contribute to interpretation and dissemination and communication of project quality control requirements to relevant, staff including field crews and craft supervision. Qualifications: Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience. Pharmacy Technician – General Pharmacy

Description Summary: All pharmacy technicians work under the direction of Clinical Pharmacists to provide pharmacy services with compassion, excellence, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Must be 18 years or older. Operational Duties and Responsibilities Pharmacy Technicians perform ONLY non-judgmental technical duties under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Prepares drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols - Verifies computerized patient medication records accurately. Maintains, accurate, complete patient drug record. Compounds non-sterile pharmaceuticals. Provides services efficiently and in a timely fashion. Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law and institutional policies. Verifies the daily activities of the department are complete and recorded. Maintains competency required for current job title/position Maintains current technician license. Ensures applicable CE records and licensure are maintained in department files. Attends staff meetings. Completes all competency/skills assessment requirements. Specialty area - Serves as the technician in specialty areas such as the operating room or pharmacy work areas outside the central pharmacy. Ambulatory care - Provides ambulatory pharmaceutical care services as assigned such as but not limited to anticoagulation clinics, intensive medical home, transition of care, Discharge Medication reconciliation, etc. Retail - Performs outpatient distributive functions related to entering prescriptions orders, selecting the correct medications for new and refilled prescription orders, and coordinates delivery of medications for patient pick-up or delivery. Clinical Duties and Responsibilities Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective drug therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. Reads, extracts, and interprets information in patient medical records accurately. Detects and reports suspected adverse drug reactions accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinates pharmacist drug education to patients and their families per institutional protocol. Participates in the quality improvement and medication use review activities of the department. Collects data, conducts monitors and inspections, and maintains logs, records and other documentation as assigned. Provides services efficiently and in a timely fashion. Occupational Hazards Potential for exposure to hazardous and toxic substances (including chemotherapeutic, cytotoxic drugs and cleaning solutions), sticks or cuts by needles and other sharp items. Risk 0 exposure category. Potential for musculoskeletal injuries if proper lifting and carrying techniques are not used. Potential exposure to biologic material when participating in direct patient care activities (e.g., patient education, code attendance).
