Commercial HVAC Replacement Sales | $100K | Relocate to Sunny South Florida (Stuart)

We are looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who knows how to find opportunities, build relationships, and turn customer needs into solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with commercial customers, can manage opportunities from initial site visit through proposal and follow-up, and wants to play an important role in growing our commercial HVAC department. This is not a seat where leads get handed to you and you close what lands on your desk. We want someone who goes out and creates the work: walking rooftops, earning the trust of building owners and facility managers, and building a pipeline that keeps growing year after year. Why this role is different Sharkey Air is an established, family-owned HVAC company serving Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. We already have a commercial customer base and a strong reputation. Now we're ready to invest in it, and we want the right person to lead that growth. You won't be one rep in a crowded sales department. You'll step into existing commercial relationships, find new ones, and help decide how the division grows. As commercial grows, your role grows with it. Why South Florida Trade the snow shovel for sunshine. The Treasure Coast offers year-round warm weather, beaches, boating, fishing, and golf, with no state income tax. For an HVAC professional, it's even better: cooling runs 12 months a year, and the region is full of aging rooftop equipment that needs a replacement plan. If you've been thinking about making the move, this is the opportunity to do it. What you'll do Build and manage a commercial sales pipeline by growing existing accounts, developing new relationships, prospecting for opportunities, and identifying replacement needs within our existing customer base Identify opportunities to develop commercial maintenance relationships that create long-term customer value and future replacement opportunities Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility managers that lead to repeat and referral work Perform site surveys and turn your findings into accurate, well-documented proposals Present multiple solutions and clearly explain the value of each, so customers can make confident decisions Manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-up from first visit to signed contract Own your numbers: sales activity, close rate, average sale, and revenue What you bring Proven experience selling commercial HVAC replacement Ability to independently walk commercial properties, identify and document rooftop and light commercial equipment, recognize replacement opportunities, and gather the information necessary to develop an accurate proposal A track record of creating opportunities, not just responding to them Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Comfort being accountable to clear goals, and motivation to beat them What we offer $100,000 earning potential (base commission) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Company vehicle and gas card The chance to shape and grow an established commercial division Support from an established company with a strong local reputation Ready to grow with us? If you're a commercial HVAC salesperson who wants more than another sales job, and more sunshine too, we'd like to talk. Email your resume and a short note on how you've grown commercial business in the past to [email protected] .

Senior HR Generalist – Fractional HR Consultant Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist / Fractional HR Consultant to provide hands-on, onsite HR support to clients in the financial services industry. Reporting to our Sr. Project Manager and the client’s executive team, this role serves as the client’s primary HR partner, managing core HR operations while providing responsive, practical guidance to employees and leaders. This is an ideal role for an HR professional who enjoys being a “party of one” onsite—someone who can comfortably move between processing, assisting, and backing up finance with payroll administration, helping an employee with a benefits question, coordinating a new hire, managing a leave, and advising a manager through a performance issue. While independently managing day-to-day HR needs, this consultant will be part of a broader Evolve HR team and will collaborate closely with the Evolve Senior Lead Consultant, internal client teams, and external partners and vendors . The right person will bring strong HR operational skills, sound judgment, paired with a service and advisory mindset. We are looking for someone who sees HR as more than policies and compliance and understands the importance of relationships, responsiveness, collaboration, and helping leaders make good people decisions. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Support Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for employees and managers. Provide responsive, customer-focused HR support and guidance. Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, documentation, and personnel changes. Ensure HR processes are consistent, timely, and well organized. Payroll & Benefits Back up and support the finance team and third-party partners in payroll processing, including employee changes, deductions, and issue resolution. Support benefits administration, enrollments, qualifying life events, employee questions, and vendor coordination. Partner with payroll, benefits, and other external providers to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Maintain appropriate documentation and communication with employees, managers, and vendors. Help leaders navigate leave situations with consistency, empathy, and appropriate compliance. Hiring & Onboarding Support hiring managers with recruiting and hiring activities, including job postings, providing interview and candidacy guidance as needed, offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes. Coordinate a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new employees with hiring managers. Ensure new-hire documentation, systems, payroll, benefits, and manager onboarding activities are completed. Performance & Employee Relations Support the organization’s ongoing performance management process. Coach managers on performance expectations, feedback, documentation, and employee concerns. Assist with employee relations matters and engage the Senior Lead Consultant on complex, sensitive, or higher-risk situations. Lead the offboarding process to ensure all employee paperwork is closed out and sound processes are in place during the exit process. Help managers approach people’s issues thoughtfully rather than simply providing a policy answer. Collaboration & Client Partnership Partner closely with the Evolve Senior Lead Consultant, Cand client to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and deliverables. Collaborate effectively with client leaders, internal departments, vendors, and external partners. Keep the broader Evolve team informed of emerging issues, risks, priorities, and opportunities. Know when to independently resolve an issue and when to engage additional expertise or escalate. Contribute to projects and broader HR initiatives as client needs evolve. What We’re Looking For 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally supporting employees and managers independently. Strong working knowledge of payroll, benefits, leave administration, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. Experience in a regulated or professional environment; financial services experience is a plus. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Comfortable working independently while also supporting a consulting and client team. Strong judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through. Confident communicating and building relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. Able to balance administrative accuracy with a practical, business-focused approach. The Right Fit You may be a great fit if you are the kind of HR professional who thinks: “I’ll take care of it, keep people informed, and make sure we get to the right answer.” We are looking for someone who is approachable, resourceful, responsive, collaborative, and comfortable owning the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. Success in this role means the client sees you as a trusted HR partner—not simply the person who handles HR paperwork—and the Evolve team sees you as a dependable extension of the broader client team.
