Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician
Primary Care Physician Location: Cleveland, OH Compensation: $260,000 base salary with total earning potential of $312,000 plus full benefits New clinic opening May 2025 She Recruits is representing an innovative, patient-focused healthcare group bringing a fresh approach to primary care for seniors in Cleveland. Position Details: Base salary of $260,000 plus up to 20% bonus potential tied to patient satisfaction, quality measures, living company values, and reducing hospital days. Total earning potential is $312,000 or more. Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm. Outpatient only no nights or weekends. Average patients per day with a panel capped at about 650 patients. Call is shared across the market (example: if there are 32 providers, call would be 1:32 weeks). Each physician has a dedicated care team including a medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and full leadership support. Patient population includes seniors with 3 5 complex chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Must hold an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license and current DEA registration. Proficiency in common in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care) is preferred.
