Gastroenterologist Perm Placement in Ashtabula, OH Position Overview: Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic, growing employed multi-specialty group practice in Ashtabula, Ohio. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient gastroenterology services, including consultation, diagnosis, and management of gastrointestinal disorders. Conduct 15-20 patient visits daily, ensuring efficient and thorough care. Collaborate with a team of two physicians, an experienced urologist, and fully trained support staff including an advanced practice provider. Manage outpatient procedures and interventions, with scheduled blocked time in the operating room for procedures. Utilize the fully integrated EMR system (EPIC) within the Cleveland Clinic Health System for seamless documentation and care coordination. Engage with a well-defined referral network drawn from employed and affiliated primary care physicians, supported by onsite lab and X-ray facilities. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must reside within 40 miles of Ashtabula or be willing to relocate Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Eligible for H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorships Practice Environment and Community: Join a high-volume outpatient practice with a dedicated and experienced team.
