Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage correspondence, pleadings, notices, and legal documents related to community association matters Assist with collections, covenant enforcement, contract review, and governance-related matters Support litigation cases, including document preparation, discovery, filings, and coordination with courts and opposing counsel Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and document management systems Communicate professionally with Boards of Directors, property managers, vendors, and internal team members Assist with meeting preparation, policy development, and compliance-related documentation Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely handling of all assigned matters Qualifications Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience required Prior experience in community association law, real estate, or litigation strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and professionalism when working with clients and sensitive information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Interested in hearing more?
