Nesco Resource is partnering with a respected Chandler-area manufacturer to hire an experienced Production Supervisor who ensures top-quality output, on-time delivery, and strict compliance with cGMP and safety standards. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll supervise production teams, maintain equipment/facility standards, and foster a safe, motivated workplace while meeting daily production goals. Key Responsibilities: Ensure products meet the highest quality standards, customer requirements, and promised delivery dates in line with quality/regulatory guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Enforce full compliance with company policies, cGMP programs, and SOPs across the production floor. Schedule and program production to hit deadlines; assign work, monitor employee presence, and verify workstations are staffed on time. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members; manage training on machines, products, regulations, SOPs, and safety. Maintain clean, safe operating conditions for facilities, equipment, and machinery (including disc/belt inspection machines, metal detectors, scales, etc.). Prepare and deliver accurate productivity reports to management using computer systems and MS Office; keep complete records. Promote a productive, safe environment focused on employee health, motivation, and effective teamwork. Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE (gloves, hearing protection, masks, cGMP attire) as needed. What We're Looking For: Prior supervisory experience leading multiple team members in a production/manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Moderate math, reading (e.g., manuals, procedures), and computer skills (MS Office proficiency). Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); multilingual a plus. Reliable attendance with a proven track record of dependability. Nesco is looking for 3rd shift production associates for a manufacturing company in Grove City. Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am; Mon-Fri, plus additional hours/weekends as needed* Pay: $18.75 Primary Job Responsibilities: Operates automatic and semi-automatic rubber injection, plastic injection and blow molding machines to produce quality parts by following work instructions on the process sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assembles parts to complete units or subassemblies. Inspects parts according to quality standards. Repacks outsourced parts according to customers' specifications. Utilizes a variety of hand tools to perform job duties, such as scissors, calculator, clippers, gauges, torch, vacuum cleaner, cutters, knife, welders, measuring devices, ladder, hand jack, etc. Completes and submits accurate production reports on a daily basis. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocating, stacking, and count merchandise in the Distribution environment. Responsible for keeping the work area clean, ensuring that dropped product is scrapped properly. Performs other duties assigned.
