Maintain clean, safe operating conditions for facilities, equipment, and machinery (including disc/belt inspection machines, metal detectors, scales, etc.). Prepare and deliver accurate productivity reports to management using computer systems and MS Office; keep complete records. Promote a productive, safe environment focused on employee health, motivation, and effective teamwork. Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE (gloves, hearing protection, masks, cGMP attire) as needed. What We're Looking For: Prior supervisory experience leading multiple team members in a production/manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Moderate math, reading (e.g., manuals, procedures), and computer skills (MS Office proficiency). Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); multilingual a plus. Reliable attendance with a proven track record of dependability. Willingness to learn new tasks, procedures, and adapt quickly. Ability to perform all duties effectively with or without reasonable accommodation, without safety risks. Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with exposure to food ingredients/allergens (powders), moving parts, noise, vibrations, and variable areas (production floor, warehouse, outside).
