Role Overview As the first full-time on‑site leader for iCOMAT’s U.S. expansion, the General Manager will coordinate local setup and support daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, and basic staffing. This is a hands‑on role focused on enabling production, maintaining facility readiness, and ensuring alignment with technical and commercial leadership in the UK. What will you be doing? Coordinate site setup, equipment commissioning, and contractor scheduling Manage day‑to‑day operations across fabrication, stores, and general services Oversee shift scheduling, entry‑level hiring, and basic training needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site procedures Serve as point of contact for local suppliers, vendors, and facility support Liaise regularly with UK Directors to maintain reporting and alignment P&L responsibility What do we need from you? 5 years in manufacturing or facilities operations, preferably composites or aerospace Experience setting up or running mid‑size technical workshops or sites Knowledge of working on Grant & Customer funded projects is an advantage Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills Why iCOMAT? Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the data, reporting, and analytics function within the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) domain. WCS domain consists of Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance and Commercial Cards. In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the overall reporting and analytics strategy, defining and delivering scalable technical solutions, and selecting the most appropriate data platforms, reporting tools, and analytics technologies to support a broad range of business, regulatory, and operational use cases.A strong functional understanding of working capital solutions is essential to effectively partner with and influence diverse stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and business teams. The role requires hands‐on experience with industry‐standard reporting and analytics tools, data warehousing concepts, and visualization frameworks, along with the ability to independently drive discussions with upstream source systems and downstream consumer platforms to ensure full end‐to‐end data alignment, accuracy, and consistency. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, timely insights, and actionable analytics while balancing flexibility for evolving business needs. All significant architectural, data, and technology decisions must be reviewed and validated in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, long‐term scalability, and regulatory expectations. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience Qualifications: * 8 years of work experience within a technology organization in the banking, financial services, or financial technology industries is required* 8 years of work experience in designing data models and structures to store various kinds of data in different formats* 8 years of Application development experience on data platforms, leveraging structured query language (SQL), extract-transform-load (ETL) tools* Previous experience working in regulated industry and matrixed organization required* Candidates must have experience working in a technology organization within the banking, financial services, or fintech industries.* Experience in Working Capital Solution (WCS) domain prefered.
