This is a temporary Administrative Assistant opportunity supporting faculty and research labs within a prestigious academic research organization. The role is a 3 month contract located Cambridge, MA, with full‑time hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours/week). Pay: $28.50/hr. The position focuses on advanced administrative support, project coordination, and financial and operational assistance within a fast‑paced, research‑driven environment. Job Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative and project management support to faculty and their labs Serve as primary point of contact, managing complex calendars, scheduling, and communications Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and professional engagements Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and confidential documentation Maintain faculty biosketches and lab records in compliance with policies Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and expense processing Support lab personnel appointments, reappointments, and visa tracking Assist with budget monitoring, grant expenditures, and financial meetings Coordinate lab meetings, professional development activities, and team events Support teaching preparation and institute‑wide events as needed Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of administrative, office, or related experience Experience supporting senior leaders or faculty in complex environments Strong organizational, communication, and discretion with confidential information Ability to manage multiple priorities and high‑volume scheduling Comfort working with budgets, reports, and administrative systems Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Office Coordinator

Our client, a small real estate private equity firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Office Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate between the hours of 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, with on-site flexibility. Executive Assistant

This is a temporary, onsite administrative role within a higher education institution, supporting the Dean of Students office at a campus location in Waltham, MA. The position is 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour break, and is expected to last 12 weeks with strong potential to extend. Pay is $30/hour. The role supports a fast-paced, student-facing environment, with an ideal start date of Tuesday, March 10.
