Job Title: COTI Recovery Peer Advocate Location: Finger Lakes Region, NY Employment Type: Full-Time & Per Diem Job Summary: FLACRA is seeking a compassionate COTI Recovery Peer Advocate to provide mobile, on-site, or in-community peer support services to children, adults, and families who are experiencing or have recently experienced a behavioral health crisis. The Crisis Recovery Peer Advocate plays a critical role in assisting individuals as they navigate their recovery, offering advocacy, empowerment, and non-clinical crisis support. This position focuses on helping individuals stabilize and access community resources, while also modeling recovery based on personal experience. Assist with discharge planning, connecting individuals to resources and identifying in-community support systems. Work with families on developing parenting skills, building empowerment, and strengthening natural and community supports. Provide referrals for ongoing peer support to individuals and families. Attend monthly group supervision sessions with the peer supervisor. Deliver peer support services throughout the crisis treatment episode, including outreach within 24 hours of transitioning from crisis care. Utilize engagement strategies to connect individuals with community resources and services. Assist in the development of service plans, WRAP plans, and crisis plans. Actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, including attendance at team meetings. Provide case management, resourcing, and service collaboration to support the individual’s needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Help raise community awareness of available services. Stay current on peer certification and continuing education requirements. Tier 2 staff are expected to model leadership and mentor Tier 1 peers. Perform other duties as assigned. IT Service Desk Intern

Essential Job Functions: Provide initial support for incoming requests to the Service Desk via e-mail, telephone, and service portal to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues. C5ISR Engineer

Provide engineering and project management support to DoD program offices overseeing the development and integration of C4ISR technologies onto military ground vehicle platforms. Essential Job Functions: Work with various project management offices (vehicle platform offices and C5ISR system offices) in order to evaluate and synchronize program acquisition schedules, integration costs and other requirements pertaining to Army and/or Marine Corps network development. Develop proposed high-level architectures and strategies for the implementation of C5ISR systems onto ground vehicles. Author contractual statements of work (SoW) to define vehicle system integration efforts. Represent the DoD vehicle PM office by overseeing and managing efforts by contractors in their execution of the SoW. Assist in adjudicating programmatic issues for the ground vehicle office. Represent our DoD customer while coordinating and interacting with PEOs/PMs, ASN(RDA) G-3/5/7, MCTSSA, CD&I ATEC, TCM and other organizations outside of the ground vehicle office. Develop and synchronizes network architectures with Project Management offices for future network capability sets. Perform project management duties and create related documents to support these efforts. Establish and facilitate a standard approach to Cyber Security certification of systems on ground vehicle platforms in order to reduce platform IA certification and test burden. Perform management and oversight of the contractor development of vehicle network while assisting with integration of Government furnished systems. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering plus a minimum of year 8 years of experience with engineering of networked systems.
