Skilled in scheduling, sequencing, short-interval planning, and field productivity tracking. Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management platforms. Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive accountability across subcontractors and field teams. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects. Certifications: OSHA 30 required; MUST, Certified Storm Water Operator, and First Aid & CPR preferred. Screening Requirements: Pre-employment and annual drug testing required; background check, including driving record, as required by client. Working Environment and Physical Requirements This position is performed primarily in an active construction site environment and requires regular onsite presence. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing, standing for extended periods, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and construction hazards.
