Plumber Assistant- Full-Time- $24/HR - Comprehensive Benefits Package (GURNEE)

Overview: Perform routine repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, including fire systems, irrigation systems, filtration and chlorination systems and sanitary and storm drainage systems. HVAC/R Technician - Full-time - Year-round Job Security (HARTFORD)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial heating and air conditioning systems as well as walk-in coolers and freezers. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This is a fulltime, year-round position. Hourly Rate: $29-35.00/Hour Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and air conditioning units, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Service and repair walk-in coolers and freezers, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify and address potential issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform system checks and adjustments, including calibrating thermostats and controls. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or formal apprenticeship is a plus. Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration units, specifically walk-in coolers and freezers. Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, components, and controls.
