JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. Page Break Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certifications (or willingness to obtain). Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals with mobility needs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Page Break Work Environment: Day program hours typically Monday–Friday,8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. May involve physical activity, assisting with mobility, and occasional community outings.
