Staff Civil Engineer Role Overview As a Staff Civil Engineer, you will lead and deliver complex design projects for a variety of industrial, utility, municipal, and institutional clients. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage the preparation of high-quality construction documents under tight schedules. This position also involves direct coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities Work on the civil design for high-profile energy and utilities infrastructure projects. Assist management to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation design to construction closure. Perform engineering calculations and design of site/civil systems for industrial facilities, higher education campuses, and public infrastructure projects for federal, state, and municipal clients. Conduct planning, permitting, design, and construction support for projects involving stormwater systems, water/wastewater treatment, pump stations, and geothermal.
