Position Overview We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers. For RBTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation - our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision , along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps BTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home. Behavioral Health Associate- Adolescents All Shifts- $18-$20 an hour

Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of intake, clinical or nursing leadership, the Behavioral Health Associate needs to demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.
