Monitors and maintains unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, and hospital policies, for patient services, environmental and personnel safety. Ensures compliance overseeing electronic medical record documentation audits and facilitating timely corrections. Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions. Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.
