Surgery - Plastic Physician

We are seeking a Plastic Surgeon for our new facility. Here are some details about the opportunity Our procedures are exclusively awake, power assisted liposuction and fat transfer. We do not do any other procedures. We have chosen to specialize in procedures that are not daunting to the patient, very safe, low risk, natural looking results, with an easy recovery with little downtime. This allows us to be a center of excellence. We are not a chop shop, and are selective with our patients (not selling to anyone and everyone who is willing to buy) and we do not cram our schedules full. To deliver a quality result and great patient experience each of our surgeons perform two procedures per day. Occasionally a small third case will be added (chin, as an example). We have a comprehensive screening process for our patients to ensure that our patients are medically and aesthetically good candidates for the procedure. We screen out candidates that we don't feel will have an easy recovery (due to a medical condition) or will not achieve optimal results for their body type prior to consultations. By doing so we provide our surgeons with potential patients that are highly likely to be very satisfied with their results. We will bring surgeons onboard who want to work with us exclusively or are starting a new practice or currently operating their own practice, as long as they are not performing awake liposuction and fat transfer in their practice. Our surgeons have designated days of the week on the surgery schedule, allowing them to plan their days at their own practice, etc. with ease. A surgeon doing two cases per day, three days a week can expect to make over $1M per year.
