As a Physical Therapist in this setting, you can expect to see an average of approximately 12 patients per day, allowing you to maintain meaningful, one-on-one interactions while still supporting a busy schedule. Patients primarily present with outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, though caseload may include a variety of functional and mobility issues based on community needs. You will be responsible for evaluations, plan-of-care development, therapeutic interventions, progress assessments, patient and family education, and clear documentation in the clinic’s EMR system. A typical day includes performing comprehensive initial assessments, designing and progressing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with the broader clinical team, and communicating regularly with patients regarding goals and outcomes.
