This is the senior-most finance role in the company. You'd report to the General Manager and work directly with the Sponsor and the Board. The growth agenda Growth here runs on two engines and you sit in the middle of both. Organic: new service lines and commercial channels going into the core business. Inorganic: an active acquisition program running from letter of intent through diligence, financing, closing and integration. Hands-on M&A and time inside a private-equity or sponsor-backed company are central to this job, not occasional extras. Deals you modeled, diligenced, closed and integrated, not deals your employer did while you were there Time as a finance leader inside a private-equity or sponsor-backed business. You know the board reporting cadence, what goes in a lender covenant package, how add-backs get argued, and what a quality-of-earnings process will ask of you Distribution experience preferred. Strong candidates from adjacent inventory-heavy or multi-unit businesses will also be considered Comfort operating close to the ground. You build the model yourself, walk the warehouse, and know the difference between a report and an answer CPA and/or MBA preferred Compensation Competitive base salary and performance bonus, with meaningful equity participation in the platform. The role is structured so the VP of Finance wins alongside the investors and the operating team. On-site in South Florida. How to apply This search is confidential and the company's identity will be shared with qualified candidates under a nondisclosure agreement.
