ARK Staffing is working intimately with the leadership of an elite Fort Worth health system partner that needs at least two long-term 1099 cardiac anesthesiologists starting November 1, 2025 through at least mid-2026. ARK Staffing is compensating the skilled and experienced cardiac anesthesiologists $450/hr plus paying for all travel and lodging and providing medical malpractice with tail insurance. Additional compensation for taking pager call on weekdays and weekends and call-back compensation. Cardiac Case Type Breakdown: 280 Open Hearts, 80 Valves, 165 CABGs. 116 TAVRs, 10 Mitral Clips, 256 Watchman, 430 TEEs, 100 Cardioversions, 897 EP, 10-20 LVADs Echo Machine: Phillips 3D, all X8 Probes. Echos not required, but strongly preferred. of Cardiac ORs/day: 3 at Heart Hosp and 2 at Main Trauma & Transplant Supervision of CRNAs required?
