Our client, a national insurance brokerage group, is looking for a Temporary Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a 3-6 month assignment and is 100% remote. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Compensation is up to $35/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage and execute a large-scale login/password cleanup project across 120 agencies Work through 5,000 carrier login issues, including: Logging in and resetting passcodes, updating outdated employee info, troubleshooting login failures, working with the Carrier Relations team to secure new logins where required Track progress, maintain structured workflows, and ensure tasks are moving forward Communicate with onshore operations teams to gather needed information Document steps, maintain spreadsheets or trackers, and convert updates to PowerPoint (nice-to-have) Professionally interface with carriers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders Troubleshoot web access issues; ensure all portals are updated and functioning Work independently while keeping leadership updated on status Qualifications: Strong project management or project coordination background Excellent organization and follow-through Tech savvy, comfortable using browsers and troubleshooting login issues Confident phone and email communication; comfortable calling carriers and agencies Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workflow Customer-facing or client-facing experience preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
