Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician to join faculty team in Yakima, WA. Purpose of the Position : Provides direct care to patients in the clinic, hospital, and other care settings, with ambulatory care under the oversight of the Clinical Site Director, educates residents through precepting and formal teaching, performs assigned advising and curricular duties. Advocacy : For patients and providers. Administration round tables with providers for input with strategic planning. We provide prenatal and obstetric services in Yakima and Kittitas Counties. Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered level), and experience bonus. Additional incentives for meeting quality goals, and precepting oversight.
