Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale IT transformation projects related to e-commerce, leveraging MACH architecture from conception to completion. Proven success in leading implementations and managing system integrators. Deep understanding of MACH architecture and Azure cloud services. Hands-on experience with headless CMS/DXP platforms. Familiarity with AI tools for software engineering and AIOps platforms. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in a global delivery model. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive change, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver business impact.
