We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position in Fort Thomas, KY at a hospital where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations, including procurement, inventory control, and controlled substance management. Experience with medication reconciliation, discharge medication counseling, and patient medication education.
