Job Summary Responsible for understanding all pertinent reports, source documents and calculations pertaining to compensation payouts. Create audit points and controls to ensure accuracy for the team. Drive internal projects towards automation and process improvements while acting as a key subject matter expert. Job Description Responsibilities: Build understanding, analyze and evaluate the impact of the results within the parameters of the Sales Compensation department. Train team members to maintain the integrity of key source documents and Compensation Strategy. Relevant Work Experience: At least 4 years of analyst experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations or Finance. Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table). Advanced level skill of SQL and/or PowerBI preferred.
