Track individual project budgets using our cost control system to identify and capture out-of-scope changes early. Draft clear RFIs and update construction drawings to keep engineering specifications accurate and up to date. Formulate precise project estimates by analyzing labor production, performing material take-offs, and soliciting subcontractor quotes. Visit active project sites weekly to verify work progress, record subcontractor milestones, and photograph job site updates. Establish strong, communicative relationships with industrial clients to understand their facility layouts and production objectives. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 6 years of related industrial construction experience, preferably working for an industrial mechanical or prime contractor. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related field. Thorough understanding of process and flow diagrams (P&IDs), layout drawings, and piping isometric drawings. Deep familiarity with ASME codes, standard industrial piping systems, and common welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW. Ability to work in both clean food-grade environments and heavy industrial manufacturing facilities. Active driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and willingness to travel within the Baltimore metro area. Valid US Citizenship or verified Green Card status.
