This position will be responsible for performing field inspections of residential properties impacted by storm-related damage, documenting property conditions, preparing accurate damage assessments, and supporting repair scopes and cost estimates. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently in the field, communicate professionally with homeowners and clients, and produce clear, accurate, and timely inspection documentation. Responsibilities: Perform residential field inspections for storm-related property damage, including wind, hail, rain, water intrusion, and other weather-related impacts. Assess damage to roofing, siding, windows, doors, interiors, exterior components, structural elements, and other residential building systems.
