About the Role: As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail. Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation Compensation: $17 - $20 pending experience & skillset 3/12 or 4/10 shifts available Overnight Shift Differential: $3/hr Schedule: 4 X 10 hour shifts Various shifts available.
