Join a successful private practice as part of the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital serving a metro population of approximately 850K . Position Highlights: Flexible Schedule Options: Choose between a Monday-Friday schedule with 12 weeks off per year , or a standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off. Average census of 15 patients per day ensures a manageable workload. Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $275k plus a $20k annual retention bonus and a $20k signing bonus . Optional income through night call (phone only) compensated at $300/night . Partnership Opportunity: Potential for partnership after 2-3 years , with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other group investments.
