As the Manager of Fare Partnerships , you will: Lead the growth, administration, and partner engagement activities for transit pass and fare partnerships. Develop and execute sales and business development initiatives to increase fare revenue through employer, educational, government, and community partnerships. Oversee the administration of pass programs, contract management, invoicing, and program compliance while ensuring exceptional service delivery to partners and customers. Manage relationships with partners, cultivating long-term partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting initiatives that increase transit ridership and program participation. Supervise a team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure business objectives, revenue targets, and customer service standards are achieved. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING Four years of professional experience in business development, account management, partner relations, sales, customer support, program administration, or a related field. Experience developing strategic partnerships and growing program participation and revenue is highly desirable. Minimum two years leading and supervising employees.
