Description: 4:00pm to 4:00am Help production by performing duties such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Duties: Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators. Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions. Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks. Pack and store materials and products. Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete. Measure amounts of products, lengths of extruded articles, or weights of filled containers to ensure conformance to specifications. Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition of materials used to produce them. Dump materials such as prepared ingredients into machine hoppers prior to mixing. Mix ingredients according to specified procedures or formulas. Tie products in bundles for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures. Record information, such as the number of products tested, meter readings, or dates and times of product production. Prepare raw materials for processing. Maintain a clean and safe work area Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills. Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties. Must be a team player and able to work well with others. Shift: 1st 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday Candidate selected will be cross trained to become Painter/Material Handler Pay: 20/hr Job Duties: Preparation, priming and finish coat painting of steel components and assemblies Assist assembly personnel in the final assembly of pneumatic components and assemblies. Warehouse Worker Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Location: South Tucson area Duration: Contract April-September. Quality Technician

Duties/Responsibilities: Involved in the entire course of manufacturing. May inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development, or test finished goods. Record and analyze the results in order to decide whether to certify or reject specific products. Solve production issues and recommend improvements. Other duties may include preparing inspection plans, training new technicians, and evaluating quality cost. Skills/Qualifications: Be able to operate/drive a fork truck (experience preferred) visually inspect truck for damage, inoperable lights, faulty function of equipment. etc be able to do small touch up paint areas, such as scraps or dent, (no heavy paint work) spray cans installing of stickers, removing stickers and clean sticker areas off after removal. removing protective plastic off drive chains, mirrors or seats as directed checking fluids, oils, grease, etc installing some additional equipment like fire extinguishers, lights and special numbers. installing fork truck batteries. be able to use common hand tools, drills, grinders, etc. using computer and hand held unit to complete operation at hand. and some light fixes will be performed at 30min or less. preferred mechanical background but will train the right person. Hose Former

GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for the efficient manufacture and quality forming of production parts (Hoses) within the assigned department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance): Check specifications as to job and perform numbers. Retrieve proper pre-form and guide onto mandrel using lubricant as necessary. Position loaded mandrels in curing rack for curing. Move curing rack into autoclave when full. Remove curing rack from autoclave to proper work area. Position mandrel bars for unloading. Remove formed hose from mandrel, place into proper container. Position full baskets with proper job and employee clock numbers. Identify parts baskets with proper job and employee clock numbers. Set up curing racks per production and supervisor guidance. Replenish lubricant in trough as needed. Perform all operations according to standard practice or as directed by supervisor to produce quality parts. Fill out required paperwork as necessary. Record cure charts as required. Perform other miscellaneous duties required but not listed above. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job). High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred (particularly in a team environment). NCRC certified preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those needed to perform the essential functions of the job). Interpersonal Skills Must be able to read and write at a medium level for the purpose of understanding and applying quality documentation and standard operating procedures, along with completion of job / time reporting. Problem-solving May be asked to participate in continuous improvement activities and perform basic mathematics. Physical / Mental / Visual abilities Duties of job require periods of standing, use of hands (pushing and pulling >50 lbs.) and fingers, bending and reaching, lifting (>50lbs.) and movement of materials frequently. Must be able to visually interpret work instructions.
