Position Details: Incentives: * New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus for nightshift only * 1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000 * 3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000 * 5 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 * Education Assistance: * Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses * Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year * $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only * Weekend Differential * Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am * Weekend Option Days: WEO rates weekend differential * Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend differential straight night shift differential * New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN * Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance * PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only * Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: * Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. * Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. * Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. * Physical requirements/demands: * Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis * Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift * Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: OB/GYN (5B) Woman's Surgical is a 32-bed unit providing care for post-partum, mother/baby couplets and medical-surgical patients. Patients served include various GYN conditions, GYN/Oncology, Obstetrical Complications, and Mother/Baby Couplets. Our medical/ surgical population consists of various GYN surgical procedures, bariatric weight loss surgical procedures, colon resections and other minor colon surgeries, and general medical patients. Nurse to patient ratios is 1:5-6 and PCA to patient ratios 1:6-8. All staff work 12-hour shifts, 0630 to 1900 and 1830 to 0700, which includes alternating weekends and holidays.
