Practice Highlights Strong Mentorship & Collaboration : Work alongside a highly experienced, collegial team of 8 physicians and 6 nurse practitioners at our main campus, plus 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners at our Athens clinic, fostering an environment of shared learning and support. Variety & Community Impact : Enjoy a rotating schedule through our regional clinics in Gallipolis, Jackson, Meigs, and Point Pleasant, offering diverse clinical experiences while serving patients across multiple communities. Oversee and mentor a team of experienced nurse practitioners , helping shape the next generation of providers. Manageable Workload and Growth Potential : Patient volume averages 34 per day, with a ramp-up period to ensure a smooth transition into full capacity. Provide occasional Pediatric Urgent Care coverage , with compensatory time provided for work-life balance. Rotate with the other Pediatricians to provide less than one day of inpatient call coverage per month Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students Recruitment Package Guaranteed two-year salary floor, plus production incentive bonus potential Sign on bonus Student loan reimbursement (PSLF eligible) Monthly stipend available during residency CME and relocation reimbursement Generous time off: 30 days annually (increases over time), up to 5 days CME, and up to 8 holidays

Position Summary: The Occupational Medicine Physician plays a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to employees, with a focus on injury prevention, work-related illness treatment, regulatory compliance, and health promotion. This role supports clinic operations, employer partnerships, and employee health and wellness. The Occupational Medicine Physician shall provide comprehensive occupational health services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers workforce.
