First point of contact to respond to after hour/emergency calls and address property manager concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean Facility and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Required Skills : Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs. Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems. Ability to Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions. Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices. Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance. Inspect welds for accuracy. Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel parts. Change welding wire as needed.
