Office Administrator

This position will report directly to the facility manager. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to, the following: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as skilled at relationship building with staff, visitors, vendors and plant employees Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and organizing digital and hardcopy documents Receive and review technical information provided by customers. Correspond with CMB Engineering & Quality teams regarding customer questions and concerns to resolve issue. Manage documentation and follow up on outstanding customer issues and concerns Update information in current ERP system, aid with transition to new ERP system and assist with other IT concerns Perform quality control on documents generated per customer requests Process and submit plant purchase orders and review returned sales acknowledgements for accuracy. Assist in project management by completing price lists, tracking deadlines and facilitation communication Maintain, organize, order office supplies and manage inventory Liaise with CarnaudMetalbox locations to facilitate the exchange of information and review open items. Interaction with visitors, corporate members, hourly and salaried staff Be trained in and perform EHS responsibilities. Assist customer service and warehouse teams as necessary Teamwork spirit and desire to support the team in different projects and activities Provide administrative assistance as needed within department and across plant Assume additional roles and responsibilities as needed Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with previous similar work experience in a manufacturing environment. This individual is a key member of the Technical Services Team who supports various customer-filling operations. Position accountabilities include the following: Act as the key interface between the Company and the customer in trouble-shooting problems associated with the Company's final product and the customer's filling processes. Support the customer in areas such as equipment audits, rework of the final filled products, overhauls and equipment conversion. Interact with other members of the Company's Sales Team to develop strategies, resolve problems and implement solutions to support the customer. Provide double-seaming training for customers. Requirements for this position would include the following: High school diploma or equivalent required. Key responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst include: Compensation: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies, policies, and structures to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Support the design and implementation of a new global compensation job-level framework using Mercer IPE methodology. Serve as a key stakeholder in the rollout and ongoing data management for Crown’s new cloud-based HRIS system. Evaluate the competitiveness of Crown’s compensation programs, to include, but not limited to, conducting market research, participating in salary surveys, completing benchmarking studies and managing global survey participation. Prepare and analyze compensation data to support Crown’s annual budgeting and annual compensation planning processes, including salary planning, merit increases, bonus accruals and payouts. Palletizer Operator | 5:50A-6P | 4 on 4 off | $22.16 - $22.73 Pay Range

Position Overview: Safely operate the palletizing machinery ensuring that only quality finished cans are properly loaded and packaged on pallets for shipment to the customer. Duties And Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Palletizer Operator responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: Set up and adjust machinery, ensuring product quality meets established standards through regular inspections. Operate palletizing machine controls to load cans, slip sheets, and top frames onto pallets, ensuring each pallet is labeled with the appropriate ticket. Correct tipped cans, fill voids , and remove jams to maintain consistent production flow. Inspect cans for defects, monitor pallet patterns, and replace missing cans as needed. Inspect pallets, top frames, and slip sheets for defects. Check drop points and conveyor systems when flow is interrupted, clearing minor jams as needed. Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the Team Leader or Back End Maintainer. Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the palletizing process. Replace strapping rolls when coils are depleted. Keep accurate records of production ticket printing. Perform all required process control checks as specified by operational guidelines. Control and monitor all switches and operations on lower conveyor system. Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned. Minimum Requirements: Able to read and understand date codes and pallet tickets, know how to operate computer to generate pallet tickets and the procedures for application. Ability to learn and understand overall can quality requirements and be capable for identifying defects. Ability to learn quality requirements of packaging. Ability to learn basics of the can-making process. Basic data entry skills.
