The Investment Accounting Director role at a glance: Fund Accounting: Close the books for credit funds on a monthly and/or quarterly basis Daily Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on performance, valuation, exposures, attribution, and counterparty exposure on new and existing funds. Administrative Support: Handle ad hoc tasks by coordinating internally and externally to provide information such as organizational structures and asset position data. Lender Reporting: Draft portfolio reports in compliance with credit facility agreements, including current position data and obligor attributes used to calculate borrowing base and other facility metrics. Financial Statements: Prepare quarterly draft GAAP financial statements for designated legal entities, ensuring timely delivery to lenders. Audit Coordination: Assist with annual audited financial statements Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the finance team's objectives. Preferred Qualifications of the : BS Accounting or Finance (CPA path or CPA preferred).
