Job Description \n \n \n \n Job Title: Primary Care Physician \n Compensation: Base salary starts at $250,000 with an incentive bonus up to $20,000 in the first year (and growing as a partner). Signing bonus up to $50,000 or a $100,000 forgivable loan. Clear path to partnership within 12–18 months — no buy-in required. For patients who need it, we even provide free transportation to and from the clinic, so no one is left behind. \n As a Primary Care Physician with us, you’ll enjoy a full-time, 100% outpatient practice. Expect a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Clinic hours run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with your last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM. You’ll see an average of just 18 patients a day and maintain a small patient panel of no more than 450 seniors, typically managing 3–5 chronic conditions. You’ll have dedicated admin time built into your day and a care team that includes your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist — so you can focus on practicing real, value-based care instead of rushing through visits. \n This role comes with generous time off and excellent benefits.
