Activities: • Lead installation of CNC mills, grinders, lathes, etc. and connect, wire, power-up, test, tune, and troubleshoot machines. • Train customers on proper start up, operation, shut down, cleaning, and basic maintenance. • Recommend additional warranties or service plans. • Assist with spare part ordering and recommend purchase of replacement parts or tooling. • Act as the face of the company to customers and ensure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. • Repair and upgrade machines, provide remote assistance when customers need help solving minor problems.
