Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst (Oak Brook)

About the Company We are a global industrial technology company growing through acquisition. We provide instrumentation, safety equipment, automation, and software to customers in regulated, high-stakes markets, including energy, chemicals, water, and aviation. Our teams across manufacturing, operations, and finance share an integrated set of business systems, and this role sits at the center of how those systems support the business. About the Role The ERP Business Analyst owns the health and continued development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which we recently launched and is still early in adopting. You bring hands-on implementation experience and deep business analyst skill to stabilize and maintain the system, extend it for discrete manufacturing as the business matures on it, support the people who use it every day, and manage the projects that change it, delivering on time and on scope. Business Central sits at the center of an integrated lead-to-cash landscape that includes Zoho CRM and Octagon CPQ, and as the company grows through acquisition you will lead each acquired company onto that standard stack. The outcome the business needs is simple: a Business Central environment that people trust and use well, and enhancements and migrations that land cleanly and on schedule. Responsibilities Business Central Stabilization and Enhancement Own the stability and maintenance of our live Business Central environment, including configuration, setup data, updates, and release readiness for Microsoft's update cycle. Close the gaps left from the initial go-live, prioritizing open issues, workarounds, and deferred functionality with Business Process Owners. Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of the next phases of Business Central functionality across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, finance, sales, and purchasing. Map business use cases to system design, choosing between standard configuration, extensions, and customization with the development team and partners. Lead the implementation of acquired companies onto Business Central, Zoho CRM, and Octagon CPQ using our migration playbooks, and update the playbooks after each one. Business Analysis and Requirements Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to elicit and document true business needs, asking the systems questions that surface what is really required. Translate requirements into clear specifications for the development team and follow them through build so the original intent survives. Analyze acquired businesses' processes and data, map legacy systems to the target platforms, and close gaps through configuration or customization. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities that reduce manual work across the business. User Support and Training Act as the first point of contact for Business Central issues, resolving what you can and escalating the rest with a clear diagnosis. Trace customer, quote, order, item, and pricing issues across Zoho CRM, Octagon CPQ, and Business Central to root cause, and fix recurring problems at the source. Deliver structured training on each Business Central module for new functionality, new hires, and acquired teams. Handle core system administration, including users, permissions, workflows, and configuration changes. Project Management Plan and run Business Central projects end to end, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and status reporting. Run coordination meetings with internal teams, the development team, and external partners, and hold everyone accountable to governance and delivery dates. Manage scope and change requests so priorities stay clear and commitments stay realistic. Define KPIs for ERP activity and report progress to management clearly and regularly. Testing, Data, and Integrations Build test plans, finalize test cases with BPOs, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing through documented sign-off. Define data requirements and follow up closely so data arrives complete, accurate, and on time. Define requirements for new or changed API-based integrations and validate field mappings, sync behavior, and error handling before go-live. Keep requirements, configurations, integration documentation, test results, and training materials current. How We Measure Success In your first year, success looks like this: System stability and adoption: Post-go-live issues and workarounds are closed out, Business Central updates are applied without disruption, and teams rely on the system rather than spreadsheets. Enhancement delivery: Next-phase Business Central functionality goes live on scope and on schedule, with structured UAT sign-off and no major issues after release. User support: Issues are resolved quickly, repeat tickets trend down quarter over quarter, and users rate the system and support as dependable. Project management: Projects run to an agreed plan with clear status reporting; risks and scope changes surface early, not at the deadline. Acquisition migrations: Each acquired company lands on the standard stack on the agreed schedule, and the playbook is updated with lessons learned within 30 days of cutover. Stakeholder relationships: BPOs, the development team, and external partners see you as the trusted owner who keeps projects on track and commitments clear. Required Qualifications 5 years as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Analyst in discrete manufacturing, at an end-user company, an implementation partner or VAR, or both. Hands-on Business Central implementation experience, including configuration, deployment, and go-live, as an implementer and not solely as an end user, and experience maintaining and optimizing a live environment after go-live. Strong working knowledge of Business Central across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, finance, sales, and purchasing. Proven ability to elicit requirements, turn them into clear specifications for developers, and run test plans and UAT through sign-off. Direct experience supporting and training Business Central users, from troubleshooting day-to-day issues to resolving root causes. Project management experience leading ERP projects to scope, schedule, and quality, including working with external implementation partners. Clear communication with both non-technical users and technical development teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating legacy ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems onto new platforms, including data mapping, cutover planning, and post-acquisition process integration, ideally in a multi-site or multi-entity environment. Experience with Zoho CRM, Octagon CPQ, or comparable platforms and how they integrate with an ERP across the lead-to-cash cycle. Working knowledge of API-based integrations (REST/OData, Business Central APIs, webhooks, middleware or iPaaS) and patterns such as sync direction, master data ownership, and error handling. Familiarity with the Business Central data model and manufacturing functionality (production BOMs, routings, capacity, costing), and comfort working with data using SQL or configuration packages. A project management certification (such as PMP), exposure to Power BI or Power Platform, or a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. How You Work You own problems end to end, tracing them across systems until they are fixed at the source. You build trust with users on the shop floor and in finance as easily as with developers and vendors. You bring structure and accountability to projects without slowing them down. You are curious about how AI can take repetitive analysis and documentation off your plate, and you use it well.

Family Nurse Practitioner (Bend)

Nurse Practitioner — Integrative Primary Care (0.5-0.75 FTE) Healing Roots Medicine · Bend, Oregon · In-person The opportunity We are a small, independent, provider-owned integrative primary care practice in Bend. We provide comprehensive primary care and layer functional and integrative therapeutics into that care, working to address root causes rather than manage symptoms. We are hiring a nurse practitioner for 2-3 clinic days per week (0.5-0.75 FTE). Unfortunately we are not able to hire PAs for this role, as the position practices independently under Oregon’s full practice authority for nurse practitioners. This is a good fit for a clinician who wants longer visits, a manageable panel, and real autonomy — and who is curious about integrative medicine whether or not they have formal training in it yet. Compensation A guaranteed salary plus a share of what you collect. We think this is fairer than straight salary and more predictable than pure production. You are never below the floor, and above it you keep a share of every dollar. Base salary: guaranteed, paid every two weeks regardless of pt volume Productivity share: % of collections on services you render You are paid: the greater of the two — the share replaces the base once it exceeds it What that works out to Our compensation model combines a guaranteed base salary with a percentage of collections, giving you a predictable floor with additional earning potential as your patient panel grows. This allows you to earn as much as $94/hr equivalent even after factoring in 5 weeks PTO. For context, Bend’s market average for a full-time nurse practitioner is roughly $72/hr, this compensation structure is designed to be competitive with Bend-area and regional health-system NP compensation, while offering the flexibility and autonomy of a small independent practice. Three things we want to be upfront about Most postings leave these out. We would rather you know now. The table assumes you code at close to the level our established providers do. Our billing is not exotic — mostly office visits, new patient codes, and wellness visits. You inherit our payer contracts and workflows on day one, so the only variable in your hands is accurate documentation and code selection. Collections lag encounters by 30 to 90 days. Expect base salary only for your first two to three months, with the productivity share arriving after that. We reconcile every two pay periods and hand you the underlying report every time. No black box. The base is a floor, not an advance to be repaid. If collections come in low in a given period, you keep the base. Nothing carries forward, and you never owe us money. Schedule, time off, and benefits Schedule Clinic days per week are 10-hour days — 8 hours of patient contact plus 2 hours of paid admin time Approximately 13 appointment slots per clinic day; target volume 11 patients Salaried and exempt — no time clock Time off Five weeks of paid time off per year Observed clinic holidays Oregon protected sick time and Paid Leave Oregon eligibility Benefits 401(k) with a 4% employer match $1,200/year CME reimbursement Malpractice coverage — occurrence-based, so no tail coverage is ever required of you 100% of credentialing, payer enrollment, Oregon RN and NP licensure, and DEA registration paid Ambient AI documentation support What the work looks like Full-spectrum primary care for commercially insured, Medicare, and Medicaid populations, including: All things primary care 6 yo and older. DM, HTN, Anx/Dep, acute concerns. Prescription management Women’s health, men’s health, pediatrics, and mental health Bioidentical hormone replacement for menopausal care and men’s health Autoimmune screening and management, thyroid disorders, POTS, gut health Medically supervised weight management, including GLP-1 therapy Ordering, interpreting, and managing advanced imaging and testing We do not do chronic opioid management or Controlled substance treatment for ADHD but will comanage with pain medicine and Psychiatry. Mentoring is available in any of these areas. We would rather teach a curious clinician than hire someone who already knows everything. You will also be invited — not required — to contribute to occasional patient education, blog writing, and community outreach. What we are looking for; Required Active, unrestricted Oregon NP license with prescriptive authority, or eligibility to obtain one, plus DEA registration National certification in family nurse practitioner Strong documentation habits and a willingness to code accurately — this matters, and it is part of how you are paid Comfort working autonomously while genuinely enjoying a small team Willingness to learn functional and integrative approaches, and to keep learning Preferred 2 years in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care Experience with bioidentical hormones and menopause care Working knowledge of supplements, nutrients, and nutrition as they support specific conditions Prior exposure to functional or integrative medicine Why people stay here Voted Best Alternative Family Medical Practice. We are small on purpose. Decisions get made in a hallway conversation rather than a committee. You will know every patient on your panel, and you will have time to actually talk to them. To apply Send a résumé and a short note about why integrative primary care interests you. You can email to [email protected] or apply on indeed. Employment is contingent on a background check and pre-employment drug screen, consistent with our practice for all hires. Healing Roots Medicine is an equal opportunity employer.
