Full job description Starting at $40 | 5-DAY WORK WEEK| Littleton, CO If you're a master-level tech Hartman Automotive is hiring one Master/A-Level Automotive Technician. We have the car count, the equipment, the team, and the culture. We just need the right tech to fill this bay. WHAT WE NEED : Starting at $40 per hour flat rate (based on experience and certifications) - 5-day work week — Monday through Friday. No Saturdays. We are a well-equipped shop with quality tools and technology. You will perform master-level diagnostics and complex repairs across all makes and models using advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment with precision. Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) on every vehicle, maintain a low comeback rate with the mindset of “fix it right the first time” and mentor and support the apprentices on the floor. You will partner with service advisors to communicate findings clearly and ethically, we don’t sell what the customer doesn’t need. We are looking for 7 years of experience as a senior or master-level technician with strong diagnostic skills — electrical, engine, transmission, HVAC, brakes, suspension with ASE certifications preferred (Master Tech a strong plus).
