Mortgage Regional VP / Producing Manager (Rock Hill)

Mortgage Regional VP / Producing Manager We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production. This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business. This model is built so you don’t have to. You can scale a team, expand your impact, and still maintain your production—with the right structure behind you.
