This one comes with a client book, a proven blueprint and a profitable business behind it. The opportunity ~ Our client is a specialist Financial and Professional Services search firm, founded in 2010 and part of a privately owned, multi-brand recruitment group. You'll have real autonomy to shape the desk, and you'll work closely with senior leadership in both regions. The package ~ Base salary: $100k - $120k Commission starts once you pass a threshold of 1.75x base, measured quarterly. After that, the tiers are: 20% on billings from threshold to $400k 40% on billings from $400k to $600k 50% on billings above $600k For context, billing $750k on a $110k base works out at a little over $300k total earnings. What you'll bring ~ A track record of billing in technology recruitment, ideally into financial services, asset management or private markets. Experience working senior, mid-to-senior level searches. The drive to build something rather than inherit it, plus the commercial sense to use an existing client book well. Based in New York, or open to relocating there. Interested?
