Operations & Maintenance Project Manager

The Work: As an Operations & Maintenance Project Manager , you will oversee performance-based facility operations contracts supporting mission critical environments. This role focuses on contract compliance, preventive and corrective maintenance execution, plant operations oversight, subcontractor management, and long-term asset performance. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in mission-critical and secure environments. You work closely with internal engineering and operations staff, subcontractors, design partners, and Government or commercial clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and in accordance with contract requirements. This position is REMOTE, and your base of operations will be your home, but you must be able to travel to client sites up to 25% of the time. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Well Driller to join our Delaware team. In this role, you will operate drilling rigs, maintain equipment, and perform physical tasks such as setting up rigs and handling materials. You will be responsible for drilling and casing, installing well components, and following all safety protocols. This position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. What a Day is Like You will spend your day on-site as part of a team, operating drilling rigs, installing wells, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. You will lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and follow strict safety procedures.
