This role involves creating consistent messaging, standardizing reporting formats, and supporting cross-functional discussions across IT and business teams, including initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence. The position offers hands-on exposure to executive communication, enterprise technology initiatives, and organizational alignment. Create, format, and distribute IS Leadership communications and documentation Develop communication timelines and delivery methods for internal audiences Partner with CIO direct reports to standardize reporting for leadership and corporate updates Coordinate cross-functional communication across IT and business partners Support messaging and materials for AI initiatives and enterprise impact Assist with documentation to ensure alignment across departments and initiatives Qualifications Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester Completion of your sophomore year Graduate students are welcome Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field Interest in technology leadership, corporate communications, or organizational strategy Interest in change management and crafting clear messaging for diverse audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $16.00 per hour
