Qualifications\n To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: \n \n A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. \n Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. \n Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings. \n A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations. \n Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, diagnostics, and providing individual and group therapy. \n Proficiency in using technology, specifically with basic computer skills for documentation and communication. \n Preferred Experience\n Experience in youth-centered therapeutic settings or specialized training in child and adolescent therapy is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methods to engage and support young clients virtually will be seen as a valuable asset.
