Key Responsibilities\n As an LMFT at Renewed Path Counseling, you will: \n \n Provide therapeutic services to couples, families, and individuals, conducting both group and one-on-one sessions. \n Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each family dynamic. \n Address a range of issues including but not limited to: substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, communication barriers, and transitional challenges. \n Facilitate open and supportive dialogue among family members, guiding them through conflict resolution and enhancing interpersonal communication. \n Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and document all sessions in compliance with regulatory standards. \n Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in family therapy. \n \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working with diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges. Specifically, you will support families navigating issues such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, grief, and adjustment difficulties. Your therapeutic approach will be personalized, focusing on each client’s unique experiences and needs, while aiming to foster resilience and healthier family interactions. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: \n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and adherence to ethical standards within the therapeutic context. \n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. \n \n Preferred Experience\n While we value fresh perspectives, candidates with prior experience in family therapy, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention will be given preference. We also welcome newly licensed professionals who are eager to grow and develop their therapeutic skills. Flexibility in scheduling, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, is desired as we accommodate various client needs and time zones. Compensation and Benefits\n Renewed Path Counseling offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
