Job Description This position works closely with and engages business and technical stakeholders of the FedEx Logistics Value Stream. This position will understand the interrelationship among the defined FedEx Logistic Value Streams and their influence to the overall FedEx Logistics strategic business vision. The Value Stream Business Architect will articulate and communicate the connection between the identified business needs and the developed capabilities of the Value Stream roadmaps and will understand the impact and influence of broader industry and technology trends on the FedEx strategic business vision. This role will combine working knowledge of functional specific business strategy and technical solution impact knowledge to deconstruct complex concepts into and sequencing them in to smaller, simplified components. This role will have demonstrated the relevant strategic and technical experience to perform the business architecture of an established Value Stream. \n Engages with Portfolio business architects, business and IT Value Stream owners, IT partners; other stakeholders to understand and document company strategy for a Value Stream to: Target capabilities, conduct a current state assessment for contextual rationale and level of change effort, and make recommendations on transition plan with sequencing. \n Collaborates with Portfolio Business Architects and Services IT Architects to apply architectural principles to break down company.
