Job Requirements Performs speech therapy services to patients in accordance with generally accepted standards, Maryland Board of Speech: Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists, code of ethics, and departmental policies and/or organizational procedures. Performs patient assessments and develops individualized treatment plan programs for clients/patients diagnosed as needing speech, language, or hearing interventions. Develops and maintains long- and short-term treatment objectives and re-evaluates and modifies treatment programs as necessary.
