Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. \n Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating closely with families for optimal outcomes. \n Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with changing goals and challenges. \n Provide direct support to families, equipping them with the tools and strategies necessary to foster their child’s development in alignment with evidence-based practices. \n Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families to promote a healing and supportive atmosphere conducive to growth and recovery. \n Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations in order to maintain high standards of care and ethical practices. \n Utilize coaching models and Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery to enhance engagement and effectiveness. \n Contribute to a team-based approach, sharing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery across the department. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The LCSW role focuses on supporting young children, particularly those who are developmentally delayed or have disabilities. You will work with infants and toddlers, providing early intervention services that promote critical physical, cognitive, and emotional skills in alignment with developmental milestones. This position is key in offering hands-on support that helps families navigate challenges, enhancing their ability to foster their child’s growth from the very beginning.
