The focus of the position is on providing assessment and consultation services for children and adolescents with known or suspected neurological conditions, including acquired and traumatic brain injury through the inpatient rehabilitation unit. Current Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or eligible for certification by having passed the Qualifying Examination (in certain extenuating circumstances, this requirement might be waived). Eligible for appointment as an Assistant, Associate or full Professor rank at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin.
