Our focus is on providing accessible mental health care to those who may have limited options elsewhere, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada. \n Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, gained preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting. \n A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clients. \n Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. \n Familiarity with EMR software and proficiency in related technologies relevant to mental health documentation. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred. \n Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Our annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000, based on experience and caseload.
