Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create treatment plans tailored to individual needs. \n Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings using evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. \n Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being. \n Maintain detailed client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards to preserve client confidentiality. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the provision of comprehensive, holistic care for clients. \n Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights within the healthcare system. \n Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders.
