Job Details Position Overview The Project Manager will lead complex healthcare construction initiatives that directly impact patient care and clinical operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), and healthcare renovations and expansions. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, can successfully oversee multiple projects at once, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results. This position plays a critical role in guiding projects from early planning through final delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including new construction, additions, expansions, and renovation work. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive performance and accountability. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to address challenges before they impact scope, schedule, or budget. Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations, building codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards. Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership, including schedule updates, financial tracking, and key project milestones. Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall project outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects. Demonstrated success managing ground-up construction, expansions, renovations, and occupied healthcare environments. In-depth understanding of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and operational considerations. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Proven leadership ability with experience motivating teams and driving collaboration. Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on relationship building and service excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
